Fin O’Driscoll

Principal at FOD Solicitors

Fin is the Principal of the firm establishing the practice in 2009 against economic adversity through hard work, dedication and client focussed practical business sense. While Fin specialises in Litigation, with experience in multiple High Court cases, perhaps his most important job is as captain of the team at FOD Solicitors. Fin is integral to keeping everyone engaged and working towards the same goal of providing clients with exceptional service at a fair price.

With over 10 years of business experience in a number of different industries, Fin knows how to get things done properly in both an efficient and timely manner. Fin works closely with all clients as an advisor in both solving and avoiding legal problems including insolvency expertise, regular chairing of Creditors Meetings, advising both sides of company liquidations and as an independent professional advisor to accountancy partner level insolvency practitioners.

John Powell

Solicitor at FOD Solicitors

As a third generation solicitor, it runs in the family for John. He has been a part of the team at FOD Solicitors since 2010 and has extensive experience in general practice with particular emphasis in the areas of Commercial Property, Tax and Commercial Litigation. Having said this however, no job is too small for John when it comes to his clients and he regularly turns his hand to anything in order to help them out.

John prides himself on the relationships he builds with each and every one of his clients. More often than not, you will find John on the phone to one of his clients discussing their case if not having a bit of a chat! John really is a fountain of knowledge for all things legal and never hesitates to offer a few words of advice for those who ask.

Trina Murphy

Office Manager at FOD Solicitors

Trina has been part of the team since September, 2011 overseeing the general operation of the office to ensure a fast, efficient service for our clients. She has extensive experience in the areas of general office administration after 11 years with the Law Society of Ireland in both Cork and Dublin.

More often than not, your first point of contact with FOD Solicitors will be with Trina. As Office Manager, she is responsible for welcoming you to our office, either by phone or in person, and prides herself on never forgetting a name or a face.

Trina carries out her demanding duties always with a smile and a laugh and quite frankly is the glue that holds us all together!
